Please email at least two (more is better) good quality, sharp pictures of your item. If your pictures are blurry, I may not be able to appraise your item. Please fill out the form completely and accurately, including your personal information. The value assinged is FMV-Fair Market Value. There is a link below to email your pictures. When an appraisal is based on either wholly, or partially, hypothetical facts, such conditions and limiting factors must be stated in the appraisal in clear and concise terms. Online appraisals are of this type. They are "hypothetical" because the appraiser is not examining the item in person, and because the appraiser is assuming that the information submitted is correct and accurate. Thus, online appraisals would not be appropriate for legal purposes such as Probate, Charitable Contributions, or Bankruptcy situations.
